30-day money-back guarantee
We want your dog to love their mat. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will refund your order in full. Yes, even if the only reason is that your dog decided to ignore it.
How to request a refund
- Email support@nordpaw.com with your order number and a short note about the issue.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we may ask you to return the mats in a reasonably clean state. Return shipping for change-of-mind refunds is paid by the customer. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping or simply let you keep the item.
1-year manufacturing warranty
Stitching, seams and fabric are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Warranty claims are handled by replacement. Normal wear, chewing damage and misuse are not covered.

The two ebooks included with your order are yours to keep, even if you request a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at support@nordpaw.com and we will trace it with Stripe, our payment processor.
